Terms and Conditions of Rental - Short term rental of the property is offered by the Owner through the Managing Company, Resort La Manga SL.
- A Rental Agreement will be issued on receipt of the required payment.
- A deposit of 100euros for each week booked is required for confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance should be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.
- Check-in time is after 16.00hrs and check-out time is strictly by 10.00hrs (unless otherwise arranged with Managing Company).
- Any changes or cancellations received by Resort La Manga 42 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Any cancellation within 42 days of arrival date will forfeit 100% of rental cost. Special circumstances will be taken into account.
- The Guest must treat the property, its furnishings, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported to the Managing Company.
